Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your access to and use of the Faxioms platform (“Service”) provided by Faxioms team, located at Bangalore, Karnataka. By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these ToS.

• “Service” refers to Faxioms, including web app, UI components, documentation, features.
• “User”, “you”, “your” means any person or entity accessing or using the Service.
• “Content” means data, text, files, and information uploaded or submitted by you.

• You must be at least [18] years old and capable under applicable law.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

• Faxioms helps users track and personalize their stock market portfolios by delivering AI-powered daily reports on Indian equities.
• The platform automatically collects and processes market data (price action, fundamentals, technicals, filings, and news).
• The platform generates structured insights using advanced AI models, and delivers personalized summaries tailored to each user’s investment style, horizon, and preferences.
• The platform provides accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Illegal activities or rights infringement
• Attempting unauthorized access or disrupting the Service
• Spamming, scraping, harassing other users

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Faxioms a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content for purposes of providing and improving the Service.

• Your subscription begins upon payment and continues until canceled.
• Pricing and billing intervals are as shown on your dashboard.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before next billing cycle for refunds (or as per your policy).

• We may revise these ToS. Continued use means acceptance.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or announcement.

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or nonpayment.
• User data may be retained or purged 30 days after termination (specify your policy).

Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Faxioms and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid to Faxioms for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₹5,000 INR (or equivalent in your local currency) if no such payments have been made.

You agree to indemnify Faxioms from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these ToS.

We may provide integrations or links to third-party services. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Our Privacy Policy applies and is part of these terms.

• These ToS shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka/India.
• Disputes to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, under the laws of India (or via arbitration, if chosen).

Entire agreement; assignment rights; severability; no waiver.
