Finance costs grew faster than revenue during the current quarter and accounted for approximately 29% of revenue, reflecting the capital-intensive nature of the business.
Profit before tax (PBT) was ₹339.28 crore, up 30.9% from ₹259.14 crore in Q1 FY2025-26 and 48.0% higher than the ₹229.30 crore reported in Q4 FY2025-26. Net profit for the period rose to ₹304.84 crore, a 38.3% year-on-year increase and a 54.6% sequential increase. Tax expense was ₹63.48 crore, up 12.1% year-on-year.
