As of 06 Nov 2026, 03:30 pm
For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, KPIT reported 6.5% year-on-year revenue growth. EBITDA margins expanded by 60 basis points to 17.8%. Revenue was driven by a 27% surge in Off-highway and Commercial Vehicle segments, which offset an 8% decline in Passenger Car revenue due to program cancellations at two top accounts (representing 13% of total revenue). Additionally, 9% of revenues are now derived from AI-first projects.
Management confirmed that headwinds from European passenger car OEMs are expected to bottom out in the next couple of quarters. Consequently, the company expects its H2 performance to exceed H1 performance. This projection is based on internal assessments and should be monitored against subsequent quarterly filings for validation.
Prof. Rajiv Lal completed his second term as an Independent Director and ceased to be a director of the Company, its material unlisted subsidiary (KPIT Technologies Inc.), and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee effective October 31, 2026.
